Newly formed Latin Mass Society of LC

Posted by Andrew on May 22nd, 2007

Hi all. This is Andrew. The Latin Mass Society of Lake Charles was recently created in order to request the Latin Mass in Lake Charles once again since we were appointed a new bishop by Pope Benedict XVI. This blog will be used as a tool to spread the word about the Tridentine Mass, as well as a way to share news, information, and updates concerning this society. If anyone has any updates, feel free to share them through email or the comments box. Thanks.

Thanks so much Andrew! Beautifully done.

It’s been sugested that we, the Latin Mass Society of LC, present our wonderful bishop with a spiritual bouquet - If you’re interested in contributing a “flower”, you can email me at magistra{at]reginacoeli.org and I’ll get the bouquet to the delgates in time for the audience.

AND…these just in today (what a way to being Trinity Sunday!):

    Cardinal Bertone Again! Says soon*”.

AND Archbishop Burke to ordain TWO IKCSP priests this month

AND CNN is preparing a documentary or whatever you may call it; maybe His Holiness has been delaying so that all the cameras can be in place! Woo hoo!

    Andrew,

You’re one super talented guy! Thanks for creating this wonderful blog and for generously sharing your talent. God will be pleased (Remember the parable of the talents?).

    Ad majorem Dei gloriam!

  4. Letter of Petition Says:

I checked with Father McGrath about calling the Bishop’s office to check on our appointment. He had suggested going ahead and mailing our letter of petition. I will mail it this Monday along with the list of names. He will know how to contact us if he wishes.
