Music

Posted by Andrew on May 27th, 2007

Okay I contacted the people at Stblogs asking them if some music could be added to the background. They said they know of no way that that could happen. Well anyways I wanted some good Catholic music. The guy who emailed me said that he found background music to be an annoyance which is probably true now that I think about it. So there is another way to add music, but I have no clue how to do it. But the blog reader would have to press ‘Play’ for it to work, and it would be optional.

On another note, the LCLMS has the experience and competence to start a Gregorian schola (choir) for the Tridentine Mass which we will hopefully get sometime soon. And all of us are willing to give that true active and actual participation - which comes ultimately from the heart, the very fiber of a human being - in the Mass, so we’ll learn our Latin and chant which will certainly enhance the worship. Long live the Church!

Newly formed Latin Mass Society of LC

Hi all. This is Andrew. The Latin Mass Society of Lake Charles was recently created in order to request the Latin Mass in Lake Charles once again since we were appointed a new bishop by Pope Benedict XVI. This blog will be used as a tool to spread the word about the Tridentine Mass, as well as a way to share news, information, and updates concerning this society. If anyone has any updates, feel free to share them through email or the comments box. Thanks.
